Fabienne Ferrara by ConScienceTrain organized together with Eileen Milenk by Mindful-Mind in March 2023 a resilience retreat for all professional groups in animal research.

Working world 4.0– in the world of scientific work, this means above all fixed-term employment contracts, competitive pressure, little security,frequent professional reorientation (transition) and highsocio-political demands in relation to animal welfare. A situation that can be challenging in the long term and work-related mental stress can lead.

 

We will therefore work together on the factors that make us resilient and flexible in theDealing with the challenges in the private and professional contextmake.
